What type of beverage service do you offer?

We specialize in elevated non-alcoholic beverage experiences, including dirty soda bars, crafted sodas, and mocktail-style drinks.

 

For private events, we also offer custom beverage menus and can collaborate on cocktail-style experiences when client-provided alcohol is used and permitted by the venue.

 

Do you serve alcohol?

We do not provide alcohol.
However, for private events in Washington State, we can incorporate client-supplied alcohol into beverage service when allowed by the venue and local regulations.

Do you travel outside of your area in Washington?

Yes. We service events throughout Washington State, including surrounding areas depending on distance and availability.

 

A travel fee may apply for locations outside our standard service range.

 

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance for private events.
 

How does the booking process work?

  1. Submit an inquiry form with your event details

  2. We review availability and schedule a consultation if needed

  3. We send a customized proposal + quote

  4. A deposit secures your date

  5. We finalize details leading up to your event

 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure your event date.


The remaining balance is due prior to your event.

How many guests can you serve?

Our packages are designed for events ranging from small intimate gatherings to 75+ guests.


Larger events may require additional staffing, which we will include in your proposal.

All Social Craft experiences include:

What is the difference between your packages?

Can we customize the drink menu?

Yes. All private events include customizable drink options, and higher-tier packages include fully curated menus based on your theme, vibe, and preferences.

What is a dirty soda bar?

A dirty soda bar is a customizable beverage experience where guests mix sodas with flavored syrups, creams, and toppings to create fun, nostalgic drinks.

Do you offer mocktails?

Yes. We offer mocktail-style beverages that are inspired by cocktail flavor profiles but fully non-alcoholic. These are a popular upgrade for private events.

What is dry hire?

Dry hire means we provide the setup, bar styling, and supplies, while the client or venue manages beverage service. This is ideal for flexible or budget-conscious events.

Do you provide indoor and outdoor service?

Yes. We can operate in both indoor and outdoor settings as long as there is adequate space and access to setup the beverage station.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on guest count, service time, and customization.
Our experiences typically start at $700+ for smaller events and scale based on package selection and add-ons.
